Kairu Sushi and Noodle Bar, named after the Japanese word for "ocean current," embodies the deep friendship and culinary passion of two lifelong friends. Will's expertise lies in the art of sushi, while Steve has honed his skills at a beloved noodle restaurant in Charlotte.
